Job Post: Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation for various projects and administrative tasks.
  • Create and update project reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and follows established protocols.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and organize information for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in documentation or administrative work is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
